Brought my RAV4 in for tire rotation and oil change. Before my car was done the service rep brought a really dirty air filter that was completely black to show me. She informed me that the guys in the back wanted me to see it and it needed replaced. I just replaced it myself 10,000 miles ago. I asked how much and was quoted $50.I declined. On my way home I picked up an air filter from a auto parts store. When I removed my old filter it was white and hardly any dirt. Fairly disappointed that they would try and deceive me. I've been a customer for 3 years with regular service and purchased 2 cars. Lost a lot of trust with this department More

It took them 2 1/2 hours to service and reset my fuel low light. When I questioned the time she first blamed it on computer problems and then covid both of which were lies according to a friend who works in light.
