My wife went in on last Friday for a service (oil change) and that weekend I noticed oil all over my driveway where she parked her car. When I opened her hood on her car to check her oil level i noticed her battery terminals corroded (technician never notified my wife during their check). For the last two years we have been having issues with service. a few months ago, she came in for service and the technician did not tighten her lug nuts, the nuts were laying on the ground in the driveway. I called about the issue about the oil change and issue about my driveway saturated with oil that i cannot get out (they told me the service director was going to call me, but they never did. We will not be bringing our cars back to Toyota for service, the service technicians do not care about what type of job they do. My wife's engine could have blown from no oil if i did not noticed and the time they didn't tighten her lug nuts she could have been injured driving the car in that condition. I don't know what is going on in the service department, but someone needs to take action. The only issue i have is with the service technician's quality of work. The service desk people are great, they always took care of me and my wife. More

At first I was set to give a poor rating. To be honest I raised my rating higher to what I believe is work well done. My comment is regarding documented service. I asked that the spare tire be checked out. There was no mention of this on the service document nor from the service person leaving me to question i I asked that the spare tire be checked out. The spare stored under the car is more or less forgotten until it is needed. I've had an issue with bolts not tightened when the tires were rotated by the service department. I almost lost a tire at 70 miles an hour on a trip two days after service. Just wanted assurance that the spare had been looked at and is ready when we need it. Otherwise the service was great. More
