Went to Carver Toyota to have my 2019 Tacoma serviced Friday morning April 15th. Waited nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change. This is unacceptable and quite frankly, disappointing. I've usually had good experiences with Carver Toyota. But my last service was to check the battery holder. It took them 1.5 hours. But my last service was to check the battery holder. It took them 1.5 hours. More
The service manager George at Carver is not a man of his word. My husband has gliobastoma brain cancer and daily radiation treatments at Columbus Regional. I spend all of my time taking him to treatments…I word. My husband has gliobastoma brain cancer and daily radiation treatments at Columbus Regional. I spend all of my time taking him to treatments…I cannot leave him alone. After three phone calls, The service manager agreed to loan me a car in order to get my 4 Runner recalls repaired. The agreement was to drop off at 8:30 and pick up the next morning at 8:30 saving me a trip since we drive daily from North Vernon. Needless to say when we arrived at 8:30 yesterday I was told by the service manager I had to bring the loaner back later that day. The recalls only allowed a loaner for a few hours. I asked for the keys to my vehicle back and left. Where is the compassion and service at Carver? I call that a $44,000 mistake. More
Reps are friendly and efficient. Work gets done in timely manner, However, (this is for Toyota not necessarily the Carver folks). $140 for electronic “upgrade” is a bit much. Can’t last how long before needing upgrades? Hmm. More
