When braking, it squeaks. Took it right after buying it and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Noise continued. Being a brand-new vehicle, they should stand behind it. More

I took my car to (2) other mechanics prior to Toyota and neither could determine the root cause of the problem. Toyota was able to diagnose the problem quickly and start the repair. I worked with Ariel wh neither could determine the root cause of the problem. Toyota was able to diagnose the problem quickly and start the repair. I worked with Ariel who was patient with me (I was a bit of a mess going without my car for so long and having other people not know what the issue was) and was always available to me. She was amazing with providing updates! By the time my car was repaired, I wanted to hug her I was so grateful! Thank you so much to the mechanic (don't know his/her name) who worked on my car, Ariel, and the shuttle driver! More

I brought my husband's vehicle in for it's first free oil change and had asked the check a noise out when the wheel was turn a hard left. So either my request was ignored, the technician not told OR somebody forgot. Either way, while the oil change was good, my request to check something was ignored!!
