Appointment rescheduled. Not on books when I was told so rescheduled again. Confirmed parts were there for recalls. Took car in. Picked up car, oil changes no longer free and they only did one recall because they didn't have the parts. So I have to go back. The reason I waited on the oil change was so I could get it all done in one visit. Since they aren't free, I don't have to go to the dealership anymore for oil changes. More

Documents clearly state that routine service should be completed within 60 minutes. I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation and the service took over two hours. I arrived approximately 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. My truck was pulled into the shop bay for around 20 minutes, then parked behind the building for an additional hour. After wondering aimlessly around their lot, seeing my vehicle just sitting there. I finally went into the service area to ask how long it would be before the service of my vehicle was complete. Courtney, the service tech said “probably around 2:00” My scheduled appointment time was 9:15 am. When I called the day before, I was told that the service being done would only take an hour/ hour and a half. I specifically stated that I didn’t have a spare vehicle, and that I’d be waiting there for it to get done. After three hours of waiting in their lot, my truck was finished. Upon checking out, the service technicians attempted to tell me that my vehicle was “leaking oil everywhere.” No other mechanic that had been under my truck stated such, and my parking spots are always dry of any oil spots. Dissatisfied is an understatement. The quality of your work ethic should bring in customers, not turn them away. Do better. More
