Service took longer because of a few miscommunication issues, both initially from me as the customer describing the problem and then when it came to getting the correct parts ordered. That aspect was frustrating, but my service advisor was very open with me about what was going on and did what he could to make the nearly week-long ordeal a little easier to handle. More
Left me sitting in the waiting room when my car was finished. Went in for a tire rotation, oil change, air and cabin filter to be replaced. Then they tell me they couldn't change the oil because of a r finished. Went in for a tire rotation, oil change, air and cabin filter to be replaced. Then they tell me they couldn't change the oil because of a rusted bolt. It wasn't a rusted bolt, they were using the wrong tool to get it out. Told me I had to come back on Saturday to get a simple oil change done. I drive 40 miles one way. On Saturday they used the correct tool and the bolt came right out. More

I’ve owned the car for right around two months and I’ve had the car in my possession for around 2 weeks. It’s been constantly in the shop being worked on but yet the problem it keeps having still hasn’t be had the car in my possession for around 2 weeks. They sold me a broken car and they can’t fix it. I’m tired of dealing with them and want out of my car. More
They were quick and friendly. I didn’t realize I didn’t need a 15000 mile oil change so was quicker than expected. Dropped car off without an appointment on Monday. It had a small coolant leak and a series of engine warning lights on. Picked up our Rav4 on Friday. The small plastic "T" was replaced, leak stopped. It had a small coolant leak and a series of engine warning lights on. Picked up our Rav4 on Friday. The small plastic "T" was replaced, leak stopped. Mechanic could not find out why warning lights were on. Still have the problem. Total bill was over $600. They also did a recall, but mistakenly charged us $92 for a covered repair. The Carver Toyota auditor issued a refund by mail. More
