We had appointment at 1:30 for oil change. It was not finished until 4:30. That is not ok. It happened to be his birthday and he had to wait three hours for a oil change that should not have t It was not finished until 4:30. That is not ok. It happened to be his birthday and he had to wait three hours for a oil change that should not have taken 1 hour at most. When he started to leave he realized it was leaking oil. Back in it went again. He then gets home and realizes it is still leaking so another trip back to the shop. By them I’m mad. Poor excuse for a business. Yes you can contact me. More

Carver Dealership is good, service department more efficient than some I, we have been in during previous car maintenance over the years. Only thing we dislike is repeated phone calls and text message efficient than some I, we have been in during previous car maintenance over the years.
