Told us all parts were in but they were not! Still no Sirius XM! We made 45 min trip to get repair done. Bryce gave me a loaner car which I thought was a nice gesture. However it reeked of smoke smell and possibly some kind of chemical cleaner odor? As a result, I became extremeky nauseous and headachy.(and it lasted for hours). Frustrating to have a brand new 2022 Rav4 which I love in every other way, but your dealership can't seem to get our antenna fixed so we can get Sirius stations. We never have been able to get Sirius and we have had the vehicle since August. More

This dealership are liars and cheats. They failed to acknowledge their culpability in negligent service on my vehicle. There was a mess up at my last oil change and I was charged for a tire repair even though I insisted I had the tire care warranty. Carol was wonderful to work with. This was my first time using your service since I recently moved from Washington state. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient.
