This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had having a vehicle worked on. First I went in because my car wouldn’t start and to get an oil change. I was told the car needed a new battery but the having a vehicle worked on. First I went in because my car wouldn’t start and to get an oil change. I was told the car needed a new battery but the warranty tester wasn’t operational. I contacted the service manager and asked him to call me when the part was in for it. I never received a call. I called them and they got my car in. I was not informed that having the battery tested would cost $160. The total amount I paid was $364.93 for a warranties battery, ridiculous!!! More

When I arrived for the December appointment the tech thought it was for an oil change even though I just had it changed in Oct. She went over the items I needed done and the charges and said it would take around 4 hours. I live 45 minutes away in North Vernon so I had to call my husband to pick me up. The tech called about 3 hrs later to say my car was ready but the mechanic didn't change the transmission fluid because the bolt had been stripped. I have never had work done on my transmission so I didn't believe her. I asked to speak to the service manager. He said the bolt was rusted, not stripped, and the could remove it for an additional $80. I thought that was way too much. My husband can spray it with a rust remover. Now I am taking it to another dealership to do this work. Very disappointed in the cost and communication. More

Botched oil change turned into making a second trip to have it fixed. Failed to tighten the oil drain plug the first time.
