Been coming to this dealership for nine years and very satisfied overall with their service. Had some challenges on the last service due to turnover but the Service Manager and Ilana jumped on it to get t satisfied overall with their service. The customer service is horrible. Waited 7 months for a part and it was sent back numerous times. They don’t notify customers when parts come in. The service manager called me to discuss the service but when I returned his call 4 times and sent him an email he never returned my call. Terrible terrible service…first they wouldn’t full accept my TAC agreement from Toyota then told me I had a rusted tie rod and didn’t perform work on front end alignment.
