Carver Toyota Service Department has earned my business because they are extending efficient, competent, professional, and extremely polite. The only thing I wish they would improve on scheduling capabilit because they are extending efficient, competent, professional, and extremely polite. The only thing I wish they would improve on scheduling capabilities through the Toyota App and on their website. Currently you cannot schedule service via the Toyota App for Carver Toyota’s Service Center, and when scheduling service online you are only capable of scheduling one item per appointment. For instance you cannot schedule service only schedule an oil change, and if you wish to schedule a tire rotation you have to schedule two separate appointments. For efficiency purposes it would be easier if the customer could schedule both under one appointment. More

Called 10/15 for service. Have 2 Alerts and would get an oil change. One Alert was Powertrain and the other was Stabalization. I told Chris both of these at time of call. I arrive and was told I had to leave vehicle there. Chris did not tell me this and I was not prepared for this.. Then I ask if the alerts are intermittent or permanent. I told her I did not know. I ask if they could plug in something and read the alerts. She told me it does not work that way. Totally useless trip and they could of cared less. I would not recommend this place if you are an elderly lady More
