I noticed the Carver Toyota dealership directly across the street and decided to see if their service department could get me back on the road, which they could, however I would have to wait for parts and may not be able to continue home that night. I decided to walk their used car lot where I met Ethan a young salesman that helped me to find out details of used cars available on their lot using the Carver Toyota website on my cell phone. I soon found a 2017 Toyota RAV 4 Limited and quickly worked out pricing with Ethan and Jason the sales manager. Jason Teague is a veteran of the car business and was very considerate of my time and situation. Jason introduced me to Mike Munoz the finance manager who was also a pro. He had all the documents ready for me and explained some additional options, of which I chose a 4 year 48000 mile warranty with a $50 deductible and I was on my way quickly with a fresh detail and a full tank of gas. I have purchased many new and used vehicles and I would like to say that from my first meeting with Ilana in service to my last conversation with Mike and Jason on my way out the entire team at Carver Toyota made this the best experience. When the time comes again to purchase another vehicle I will always check the Carver Toyota website first. More
Service took much longer than anticipated, stuff happens. However I was told I had a damaged skid plate underneath, had some missing bolts/screws. it had to be taken off to change out fluids. When it Was put back on I asked if they had replaced the missing bolts and was told no. Seems to me like a pretty easy thing to do to ensure that my Tundra had a secure skid plate. More

Carver sold me a car with multiple issues and I brought it to the service department 4 times and they did not fix it. They then told me they are done trying and to take it to Ford. It cost me $100 deductib it to the service department 4 times and they did not fix it. They then told me they are done trying and to take it to Ford. It cost me $100 deductible after I purchased the warranty from Carver. They told me there would be zero charge on anything with the warranty they sold me. Ford dealer fixed the issue in a half day. Everyone was very nice. However, I decided not to complete the work there. I moved it to another mechanic (based on cost), but your service department completely deleted my However, I decided not to complete the work there. I moved it to another mechanic (based on cost), but your service department completely deleted my error codes, so now I cannot get a new diagnostic until it is driven enough for the codes to come up again. It has caused major delays as I need to travel asap. I paid almost $200 to get the diagnosis and deleting the codes, which is just not smart and extremely frustrating, is going to cost me even more. Now, I have to break down again to get it fixed. I'm visiting my family in the middle of nowhere so it is very unsafe to break down here. I'm pretty upset as now I will have to pay house/pet sitters more and I am missing work. More
