I have had better experiences on previous visits, everything was fine until I presented a 10% off coupon at cashier at which time the service writer needed to leave with the invoice and coupon. The original estimate was $90.00 for an oil change, I questioned the amount for conventional oil and the estimate was reduced to $70.00 before coupon discount. When the service writer returned five minutes later the invoice total was $78.78 with coupon discount, I questioned the amount and the reply was sales tax was added.
