When i called to set up appointment, I talked about the tire pressure light needing fixed. However, when I was called that the car was ready, nothing had been done re: the tire pressure light & I was to tire pressure light needing fixed. However, when I was called that the car was ready, nothing had been done re: the tire pressure light & I was told I would have to call for another appointment to have it taken care of. the work order states 'reset maintenance indicators'. the work order states the advisor was Jaiah Lambert. This is the first time I have been frustrated with service at Carvers. More

Initial communications went well. Repair was fully completed. Our service consultant was ill the day the car was finished. No one called us to tell us it was ready for pick-up.
