Work at carver was excellent however their people that drive your vehicle from shop and etc need to learn how to turn off a hybrid car. We were told we needed all new tire sensor’s because they tested bad paid the $500 charge for them picked up my truck and light was still on, took it back and was then told oh your spare tire was low we aire tested bad paid the $500 charge for them picked up my truck and light was still on, took it back and was then told oh your spare tire was low we aired it up and light is off. Seriously how did all the sensors test bad and replacing them didn’t fix the issue. Plus we were told we have to replace them all or the system won’t work - well only the tires on the ground were replaced. I was told a manager would call due to us feeling like we were taken advantage of. It’s been a week and still no call from a manager. So we paid $500 for sensors that wasn’t need. Very frustrating! More

I go here to have my maintenance done, and I haven’t ever really had issues with them and they normally get me in and out pretty quickly. Only problem I have come across is every time I call about my car the really had issues with them and they normally get me in and out pretty quickly. Only problem I have come across is every time I call about my car they can’t ever seem to find it, and try asking me about other vehicles I don’t even own and it makes it difficult to make appointments sometimes. There was also a time I went in and had a nail in my tire, and I have a warranty for that. They tried telling me I didn’t have one, and it took them forever to find the information on it, so I ended up being there for over 2 hours before they replaced my tire so I wasn’t too happy about that. Otherwise, a great dealership! My favorite worker is ilana fischer. She is awesome!!!!! More
