The services are reasonably priced. The lounge needs a lot of TLC, as nothing is working (water fountain, coffee machine) and the furniture is broken. The actual service on the car has been great. However, since I purchased the car the auto garage door feature has not worked and each time I’m told someone will come out to look at it. A couple have come out and tried and were going to research yet still nothing. I paid $100 to Overhead door to come try and they couldn’t get it to work. They believe it’s the unit in the car. I have had 4 cars attached to this door with no syncing issues. I was to get a call within a week at last visit because I said I want it fixed or replaced but it’s been almost 3 weeks and no contact yet again. Is this ever going to be resolved? I shouldn’t have to be the one constantly following up and making contact. More
