In 11/22 as part of my 30,000 service the desk rep insisted that I was to have my brake fluid replaced. Manual said it should be checked. I ended up paying $180+ unnecessarily. The dealership called me to offer a special for an oil change and tire rotation. We made an appointment for Dec 5 at 10am. When I arrived at 10, there were vehicles lined out the door. I was told they 'were a little behind ' and it would be an hour and a half max. At 12:05, I walked out to see when I would be finished. My vehicle was in the completed line. Not sure how long it had been there. Not sure the purpose of an appointment when it takes over 2 hours for an oil change. I won't be returning. Service department seems very disorganized. More
