Bought a used vehicle and went into finance to sign the papers. Not only do they not fill you in on things before signing, they tried to make me sign for a loan that was higher than average interest. With an 815 credit score, I said no…..call my credit union. They did and the loan interest was much lower. No info offered on the extended warranty, no paperwork, completely not informing the consumer. Then no call backs after leaving several messages. Will not return. I’ve heard this from several other people as well. Really crappy after service from this dealership. Once they sell the car, that’s it. Not the way it should be!!!! More

Replaced the battery but did not reset the instrument panel consequently the clock was wrong and the phone needed to be reconnected. MPH was set to KPH. I was told 3-4 hours. When I went to pick up my vehicle 3 1/2 hours later I was told it would be another 3-4 hours. I wouldn’t mind this time if I had planned for it. It was 4 days before Christmas and I had a lot to do. I was told it was a scheduling issue because different technicians were working on the rotation, oil, and brake job. This is all fine - just let me plan for a whole day of not having my vehicle. After my complaints, my husbands phone call, and the courtesy driver said he would try to hurry them along - I did get a phone call earlier than expected. This was a huge inconvenience that I believe could have been avoided. More
