On 9/14 (2 days after my vehicle was serviced) I received an email from Carver stating "As a reminder, there was an additional service recommended for your RAV4, and its completion is still recommended." If that email is correct, why didn't the service dept. mention this on 9/12 while my vehicle was being serviced? On 9/25 I received another email from Carver stating that my vehicle is due for service. I don't know if these emails are automatically generated by a server, but they are misleading and frustrating. I've had overpriced poor service in the past. I received a discounted oil change and tire rotation to return since they had new management. I had a low tire pressure light when I arrived. After the service the tire pressure light was still on. The attendant said it was probably the spare tire. So 15 minutes later the light was off and I was on my way. With a oil change reminder sticker that had a milage number that related to nothing close to the odometer. At best 80k off More

Didn’t properly diagnose bad shift solenoid. Since they thought it was good. Replaced another part. Only to discover original issue still persisted. Replaced solenoid as I requested, issue resolving initial issue, now have brand new issue where vehicle won’t go into gear. This issue may be due to incorrectly replacing UNEEDED part. I’m waiting until Monday to get the vehicle back in. Very frustrating as we’ve had to miss work due to not having a loaner vehicle. Have already had to rent a car as well. More

I had a service once where the mechanic did not get the oil pan bolt tightened. Then my most recent service I was told the cabin filter needed to be changed. I said I would take care if it.
