On 9/14 (2 days after my vehicle was serviced) I received an email from Carver stating "As a reminder, there was an additional service recommended for your RAV4, and its completion is still recommended." I've had overpriced poor service in the past. I received a discounted oil change and tire rotation to return since they had new management. I had a low tire pressure light when I arrived. Didn’t properly diagnose bad shift solenoid. Since they thought it was good. Replaced another part. Only to discover original issue still persisted.
