Shay was great. He went above and beyond when it came to my car. He even came in when he was sick to help me with taking out the backseat. He questioned why I wouldn’t pay for a warranty and when I said it’s my top budget, he said that it wasn’t and I could just not eat out a couple meals a month. It made me feel really uncomfortable. I wanted out of that office as quick as I walked in. More
