This is a dealership that makes you feel like a person. Maybe even like family. Definitely not just a "number" with this dealership. But a word of caution: Buy during the week. Robert removed the $299 from the contract I signed. When I picked the Camry up at Carver I had to sign several papers with the finance person. I didn’t realize until the next day that finance had placed the $299 back in to my final price; very unprofessional! More

So far I have bought 2 vehicles from Carver, and both times they were up front and honest with me about any issues the vehicle I was purchasing may have and were quick to fix any issues I had found! We purchased a Grand Highlander from Robert at Carver. We were pleased with the process. We had our kids with us as we initially just wanted to see the car, and we decided to pull the trigger. Robert and the finance manager were both great to work with, efficient and cognizant that we had two hungry, tired kids with us. Robert did a great job walking me through all the features of my car as well when I brought it back the next day for detail. He also helped resolve an issue promptly we didn’t see until the day after purchase with one of the floor mats. We were pleased with Carver and happy to work with Robert! More
