We purchased a Grand Highlander from Robert at Carver. We were pleased with the process. We had our kids with us as we initially just wanted to see the car, and we decided to pull the trigger. Robert and the finance manager were both great to work with, efficient and cognizant that we had two hungry, tired kids with us. Robert did a great job walking me through all the features of my car as well when I brought it back the next day for detail. He also helped resolve an issue promptly we didn’t see until the day after purchase with one of the floor mats. We were pleased with Carver and happy to work with Robert! More
