Fantastic service While on vacation, and returning home, I had issues with my Toyota Camry. I called the service department and talked with Larry. He told me to bring it right in and they would take care of it. They got my car in, right away. They diagnosed the problem and said we would be able to make it safely back to Wisconsin, where I live. The issue could wait until I got back home. We did get safely, back to Wisconsin and I got everything fixed. Thank you to Larry for putting my mind at ease and reassuring me that we would be safe getting back home. Thanks to all the staff who were courteous and friendly to us, while waiting on the diagnostics. Fantastic place, only wish you were in Wisconsin!!!keep up the great job that you are doing there! Overall Good Experience Let me start by saying I HATE car shopping. The whole process is strange and outdated to me. I owned a Toyota Prius for years that I absolutely loved, Let me start by saying I HATE car shopping. The whole process is strange and outdated to me. I owned a Toyota Prius for years that I absolutely loved, but it was unfortunately totaled through no fault of my own so I was looking for a used car in a hurry. Josh made the whole process more comfortable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a price that I was comfortable with. I'm on a tight budget planning and paying for my wedding, paying off student loans, and saving for a house, so a car payment was not in the cards for us right now. I left with exactly the car I wanted and felt that I was treated fairly. The woman I worked with in the finance department was very helpful too! They were able to hold my check for a day until my insurance paid out for the totaled vehicle, and I was still able to walk out with keys to my new car that day. I definitely recommend Carver Toyota. More
