Fairly painless Online scheduling is easy to navigate. Upon arrival, I was processed fairly quickly. The service tech's. remembered my first name. Not too long a wait, and the service tech. who did the actual work, came and showed me the cabin air filter, which did need replacing. Also had the battery replaced, at the last moment. I was overcharged, but I asked for the detailed breakdown of the service, and the desk tech. saw the mistakes, and corrected the bill. More
