Called 10/15 for service. Have 2 Alerts and would get an oil change. One Alert was Powertrain and the other was Stabalization. I told Chris both of these at time of call. I arrive and was told I had to leave vehicle there. Chris did not tell me this and I was not prepared for this.. Then I ask if the alerts are intermittent or permanent. I told her I did not know. I ask if they could plug in something and read the alerts. She told me it does not work that way. Totally useless trip and they could of cared less. I would not recommend this place if you are an elderly lady More

Repair time expectation missed by almost an hour. Person checking me in seemed incompetent. Wanted 4 wheel drive checked and service said no one there the check it. I’ve been going to carver for 11 years for my service of several vehicles. It’s been nightmare after nightmare the whole time, down right horrible. If I could give a negative rating I would .. run forest ru several vehicles. It’s been nightmare after nightmare the whole time, down right horrible.
