Jalen was super nice and helpful. I had the exact car in mind. He didn’t try and hustle me to look at other cars or pick something more expensive. When he was showing me optional add I had the exact car in mind. He didn’t try and hustle me to look at other cars or pick something more expensive. When he was showing me optional add-ons, I didn’t want those and he took them off without trying to talk me into keeping them. i’ve had issues from previous dealerships where the salesman tries to bully me into “optional” add-ons . It was really appreciated that Jalen was not pushy! More

When i called to set up appointment, I talked about the tire pressure light needing fixed. However, when I was called that the car was ready, nothing had been done re: the tire pressure light & I was to tire pressure light needing fixed. However, when I was called that the car was ready, nothing had been done re: the tire pressure light & I was told I would have to call for another appointment to have it taken care of. the work order states 'reset maintenance indicators'. the work order states the advisor was Jaiah Lambert. This is the first time I have been frustrated with service at Carvers. More
