This was the second car that I purchased from Carver Toyota of Columbus and they knocked it out of the park a second time. Particularly the salesman, JOSH and JACKSON tag teamed and were extremely helpf Toyota of Columbus and they knocked it out of the park a second time. Particularly the salesman, JOSH and JACKSON tag teamed and were extremely helpful. One of the things that really stood out was when it came time to Check if the blinkers worked. It was around 35° outside and windy, No sun, cold and muggy. JOSH insisted that I stayed in the car while he confirmed the lights and blinkers worked from the outside. JACKSON Was very accommodating as well, even though the weather wasn’t perfect he took me to test drive different vehicles with no complaints at all. Pointed out different pros and cons about each One. He was also very personable and gave me his own personal bottle of water because he felt the taste was better than generic water the dealer carried. A nice personal touch. Overall great experience, I see myself purchasing a 3rd vehicle from this team in the future. Awesome job guys, love my car. Thank you for the good experience. More
