The dealership was clean and well stocked with many vehicles to choose from. Shay was particularly helpful and went above and beyond the Call of Duty several times. He met us on his day off. Kyle is a very well informed, youthful sales representative who knows the Toyota product line and took plenty of time demonstrating the vehicle and the test drive, and we appreciated his no-pressure approach to this purchase. And it was the first time I've ever known a sales manager (Miquel) to actually come out from "behind the scenes" (4 times) to one-on-one directly interact with us and work the deal and the math to everyone's satisfaction. Eric in Finance Dept was equally adept and experienced. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to this dealership based on their web site, ample vehicle selection, and original phone/text dialogues.
