Shea was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the Prius I bought. He was also very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of other Toyota vehicles such as my daughter’s Rav 4. Bryce was easy to work with and found me a comparable car when initial one was spoken for.Helped me locate a car without options I wasn't interested in.Also worked on giving me a good deal within my price pa when initial one was spoken for.Helped me locate a car without options I wasn't interested in.Also worked on giving me a good deal within my price parameters. Everything handled online,I have no complaints there. Previous issues with service dept. on my last Prius,but it was also a problem car toward the end. Will withhold judgement on overall Carter experience while seeing how they take car of the new 25' Prius I just purchased. Very friendly staff and easy to work with. Will return to purchase again,and hopefully my service department issues were a hiccup mainly due to a car with age and a previous accident issues. Everybody deserves a 2nd chance to prove themselves. More
