My car (Porsche Boxster 2011) arrived caked in mud and dirt. I had never seen a car this dirty lol. The inside was so filthy it took me 4.5 hr's to clean it, not detailing! It was 2 days later and two washes before I could assess if it had pings, scratches, and dents in it and how bad. They had taken several extra weeks to bring it to me with one excuse after another. The last excuse was that they were washing it, lol seriously! When they arrived and were taking it off the flatbed they tore up the under front of the car! I wish someone had taken a picture of my face, could you even imagine this dirty, filthy roadster being dragged off with the front draggy across the payment lol, I have to laugh now but this grown man was almost in tears lol. How they had taken these nice pictures of the car for their site on the internet and what arrived at my house is only for someones imagination.
