Service job- nicely done The windshield washer reservoir, for some reason, cracked. Phil ordered a new one and automatically had me in to get it replaced. I rented a car for t The windshield washer reservoir, for some reason, cracked. Phil ordered a new one and automatically had me in to get it replaced. I rented a car for the day from Enterprise, as I needed transportation, and unfortunately found the parts department had ordered the wrong part. I still had a minor recall done on the Sync modem, and came back a couple weeks later for the correct installation. It went well! The only unfortunate part was my need to rent a car for a second day, and that the car wasn't automatically washed (though they did ask me if I wanted it washed when I picked up; I declined as I didn't have the time for it). Phil was a great service writer; highly recommended, however - he did a great job of keeping me informed and I'll go there again for sure. More

Do NOT go to this dealership. They are dishonest and take advantage of customers. They do not believe in 'customer service' and play by their own rules. I suspect that they will not be in business muc take advantage of customers. They do not believe in 'customer service' and play by their own rules.
