However, the finance manager kept fighting for me and worked hard got me an approval that same day at a much better payment and interest rate than I was expecting! Where do I begin! After having my vehicle for a six week the check engine light came on the A/C went out!! My first indication that I should go here should have been 1. I could not get the mats for the car I was told u could buy some at the Flea Market! And the keys to the car don’t work for the trunk!! But I needed a car! Cartropix got my vehicle after the first technician quit my car was sent to the Ford Dealership who wanted to charge $2000 for repairs!! So it was decided to transfer it to a service company Cartropix uses!! Well they couldn’t figure d I’d! So back again we go! They had my car for almost 2 months after the new technicians Mother had a heart attack!! I’m mean come on this is really true I couldn’t get a loaner new car nothing !! What Dealership does this! I finally get it back after bumming rides paying for others gas and time keep in mind I’m paying insurance and car payments for a car I can’t drive! I have to contact them for status updates and my initial frustrations was met with bad attitude!! Because nobody is cross trained only 1 persons can do 1 job!! So now the A/C works the check engine light is off! The back doors wont unlock only manually the keys still don’t open the trunk no gas in the tank the radio does not light up it plays but u can’t see it several of the cosmetic knobs are missing! But they said they passed the savings on to their customers!!yea I gotta make arrangements for a car pymt and the 215 for repairs! Thanks More

First they tried to tell us OH NO it is plus taxes and tags another 500.00 bucks, that is not what the deal paper says my friend. Then they say oh we are getting the new tires put on it, OK. We pick up the car with 4 mismatched tires none of which are new and all below 6/32". He says I have a receipt for those tires we just put on the car, they are mismatched because the tire shop we use did not have 4 matching tires. So let's get this straight fella you own a dealership selling used vehicles? Second you find it OK to use mismatched tires? Third you regularly practice feeding a line of B.S. to your customers? Fourth your not adult enough to face your customers in person? and lastly see you in court.👍 More
