Tom Carter spent a full 8 hours reparing extensive problems I had after purchasing a 2002 Saab 9-5 linear. It was leaking oil like a wounded animal. Tom fixed the problems with the car and got it rig problems I had after purchasing a 2002 Saab 9-5 linear. It was leaking oil like a wounded animal. Tom fixed the problems with the car and got it right the first time. The car now runs like a dream. Expert work Tom. I even had trouble locating some blown climate control bulbs. Tom provided the for free, while the dealers would have charged a arm and a leg. Tom Carter will be the only guy to get under the hood of my Saab! Put your Saab in expert hands!!! More
These guys are the best. Bought my (ex) GF an 87 900s trying to be "frugal" and we took it to Tom after being recommended to him on the Saabnet. He picked the car apart on a Saturday morning, and gave trying to be "frugal" and we took it to Tom after being recommended to him on the Saabnet. He picked the car apart on a Saturday morning, and gave us the bad news.. the car was in rough shape.. needed ball joints, bushings and gaskets, pads and rotors on all corners, tires, filters, a complete fluid flush, and exhaust from the cat-back. These guys basically rebuilt the front end of the car, replaced all rotors and pads, flushed every nasty fluid out of this car, hung a shiny new quiet exhaust, and even fixed some early tranny problems (the dreaded reverse lockout gremlins) for a VERY reasonable price. In the end, she ended up with an almost brand new car for less than she would've paid ANYWHERE else. These guys hooked me on SAAB's for life, and now that I've just purchased my own 88 900s, I'm going right back for some honest advice and TLC..

Honest, affordable, and affable. Everything you should want in a mechanic. Oh, and if you catch them on a good day, you'll find some great looking, fully-inspected NG900's for sale, along with the occassional C900 convertible. As the 9-3/9-5's are aging, I'm seeing them start to trickle in, but in time I'm sure he'll be selling those with frequency as well. More
