This was a big step up for me, as I traded in a 22 year old car. As an older person and a woman, I appreciated being taken seriously and being heard as I communicated my decisions. There was absolutely no pressure at any point from test drive to signing the deal. I think Jacob is way above average in today's customer service world. Alex was very helpful with the follow-up for Q and A after I bought my new Subaru Outback. He listened to my various questions, and provided answers in terms that I could easily understand. He normalized what was confusing for me, so I never felt stupid about lack of experience with new car technology.
