I’m very happy with my buying experience at Cater Subaru Shoreline. I worked with John Sylvester. He was really helpful and easy going. I had a fantastic experience buying my car at Carter Subaru in Shoreline in March 2024. I reached out about a specific vehicle listed on their website and was contacted soon after by John Sylvester, the Subaru in Shoreline in March 2024. I reached out about a specific vehicle listed on their website and was contacted soon after by John Sylvester, the Internet Sales Manager. He confirmed the availability so I went in to check it out. John was absolutely delightful and genuinely kind. He made the process feel great. He was incredibly personable. The pricing was fair and straightforward, no games. It was a busy day, but we waited comfortably while waiting to sign financing paperwork. Skyler Schiller in the finance department kept everything smooth and simple. John has checked in with us to make sure everything is going well and even went above and beyond to return the license plate holder I’d inadvertently left on my trade-in vehicle. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More
