I have been buying cars from Carter for the last 15yrs and until recently was happy with their service. I bought a car this year and felt lured with misleading information. Vital information was withheld and until recently was happy with their service. I bought a car this year and felt lured with misleading information. Vital information was withheld at the meeting with the sales associate and vital information was withheld at the time of signing. I am now stuck with a car I would not have purchased had they been open and transparent. Felt dirty and misleading. Truly not what I expected from Carter. More

I need to show appreciation for Spencer Haskell Sales Consultant, I could not get a hold of the Delivery Specialist after trying a few times, ask to speak to a sales rep. Spencer answered the phone and new of him but he did not sell me new 2024 crosstrex the person that did is no longer working there. So I tried to explain what light was on and should I be concerned..So he went out and got into a 2024 crosstrex to help me figure what oranage light was on and should I be concerened.
