I took my Subaru into the Carter Subaru service center for repair. Carter Subaru made a mistake in their initial diagnoses but they owned it and made it right. We were in the market for a pre-owned Certified Subaru Forester Touring. It is Bronze with Saddle Brown interior. The salesman, Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind. We were in and out in less than an hour. Steve explained in detail all the amenities and how to use the tough screen to navigate through the Forester's infotainment system. We had been looking for over 3 months for just the right Subie for the right price. Carter Subaru was like a Star among the other Subaru dealerships that we tried working with for the perfect Forester for us. It was definitely worth the 3-hour drive from our home in North Central WA state to Shoreline. Carter Subaru now has a lifetime customer with us. It's worth the drive to be heard, understood and listened to as a customer and our needs and a Great price for our vehicle.
