Went through the Costco Auto program to purchase my second Subaru Forester from Carter Subaru in Shoreline. I was able to trade in my 2015 Forester (also from Carter) with ease and the entire purchasin second Subaru Forester from Carter Subaru in Shoreline. My daughter and I have gone to other car dealership before we went to Carter Subaru. Biniamin Tsegay was there and available to help. I drove tested at least 3 cars. My first choice did not meet my exp before we went to Carter Subaru. Biniamin Tsegay was there and available to help. I drove tested at least 3 cars. My first choice did not meet my expectations, so was the second. The third was great. Biniamin was so patient helping out and I did not even notice any impatience that I noticed from the other dealership. And that sold me out and of course the car too. He was thorough with his explanation and did not mind staying late. The second day, I picked up my car and did my final signature. Biniamin thoroughly explained and demonstrated the gadgets and all those functions in the car and on the dashboard. I am enjoying the car and learning all the peek a boos. I call them peek a boos, because sometimes I discover things that I did not know existed. Thanks to the help of my children. LOL. I'm hoping that I will know all the functions in ten years. I am 74 and still going. Everyone we met was nice and friendly. More

Sasha was warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Once the right vehicle was found Desmond was clear, concise, efficient, also fabulously friendly, and honest.
