Carter Subaru in Shoreline was fantastic, but when they sent me to their Carter Acura for installation of the parts, Iit was horrible. I was promised a loaner vehicle, but while making the appointment, th sent me to their Carter Acura for installation of the parts, Iit was horrible. I was promised a loaner vehicle, but while making the appointment, they told me it would only be 1.5 hours so they will not give me a loaner. Arrive for my appt, waited 3 hours before they were finished. Go to inspect and there was a ding they made on the rear corner panel and some paint scratches. They told me this is not how they do business and would take care of this for me. Another 45 minutes and they fixed the ding as best as they could and provided me with some touch up paint. They even said in good faith that they would fix another dent I had (which you can still see 1/4 of it) Unfortunately, there is still a trace of the ding they created. So, this pretty much wasted 1/2 of my day sitting there at the dealership. Something that should have taken 1.5 hours took 1/2 the day. They should have honored the loaner car agreement request made my Carter Shoreline so I could have gone to work instead of sitting there waiting and trying to do work from my phone. Very disappointing service, no matter how nice they talked to me. More

This dealership is filled with sharks. I bought a used car from Sam, and I noticed there was an issue with the power locks the next day. I called and spoke to Sam 3-4 times about the issue I bought a used car from Sam, and I noticed there was an issue with the power locks the next day. I called and spoke to Sam 3-4 times about the issue. He blew me off every time. Then I called once on a day Sam had off, the guy who took my call said he would look into it and call me back, and just like Sam, nothing. It’s obvious once they got my money, the service stopped immediately. I wouldn’t recommend Carter Subaru to anyone. More

I came into the dealership late in the day after another dealership treated me poorly and Richard was excellent. Unfortunately there wasn't time to fill the car with gas or some of the very small things. Ho dealership treated me poorly and Richard was excellent.
