Best vehicle buying experience EVER! I found the truck I wanted online and reached out to the dealership. I texted Andy 30 minutes away from the dealership, and he had both pickups I was interested in set aside for me to check out. Carter was very fair on my trade-in and worked hard to get my payments where I wanted them to be. They offered me the additional warranties and explained what they would cover, but there was no pressure or guilt trip into buying anything. They sent me out the door with a beautiful truck, two t-shirts, and gift certificates to Eischen's! Will definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

We made plans to meet up the next day just to LOOK at it. We weren't really sure if we wanted to buy. There was no pressure from the salesman (Kolt) or any of the other sales team. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. They offered us a very fair price for our trade in and gave us a couple of options for payment. There was a great rebate program going on that weekend too. We were still undecided, but we were still not pressured. There was no haggling. We received meal tickets to have lunch at Eichen's and told to think it over before making a final decision. In the end, we did purchase the truck, and WE LOVE IT! This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! We'll definitely use them again in the future. More

Laid back purchase experience I made the drive from okc to okarche to look at a particular Silverado that was priced nicely online, knew they had a couple real nice used trucks too I made the drive from okc to okarche to look at a particular Silverado that was priced nicely online, knew they had a couple real nice used trucks too that I could look at if the new one didn't work out. They promptly pulled the new truck up and walked me through all the features and options. Took it for a test drive and told them I may be back the next day to look at it further as I was due at a family cookout in about a half hour. They told me should just take it on an extended test drive and bring it back tomorrow. It was a nice offer and an even better sales ploy because I ended up buying it the next day. While negotiating and completing paperwork, they made all their offers and pitches but were never pushy and pretty much just went with what I said I wanted and needed. Super laid back experience as far as car shopping goes. More
