Making Friends, Selling Cars! We drove three hours to get to Carter's Chevrolet. As soon as we arrived we were greeted at the front door, offered a drink and the remote to the tv t We drove three hours to get to Carter's Chevrolet. As soon as we arrived we were greeted at the front door, offered a drink and the remote to the tv to help entertain our three year old daughter. Justin, our sales guy, even dug out a coloring book and crayons for her to play with. My husband took multiple vehicles out to test drive and with every question and concern Justin knew the answer! He even pulled up many different styles and colors for us to compare. Even though they were supposed to close at 5:00, they stayed open for us past 6:00 answering our questions and getting everything just right. They truly do make friends first! After everything was completely done, they handed us a gift certificate for the best fried chicken dinner right across the street! They really did take great care of us even when the deal was done.
