A great experience! I had no intention of buying a car when I arrived at the dealership, but I decided to look around while I waited on my brother. Great experience I had been looking to sale my old truck and get into a new one. I had a specific price in mind for my old vehicle and a price that i wanted to pay fo I had been looking to sale my old truck and get into a new one. I had a specific price in mind for my old vehicle and a price that i wanted to pay for the new one. After searching several dealership on the web, thats when i discovered carter Chevrolet. I wanted a vehicle similar to the one i had and i found it in the inventory. I emailed a couple of questions and within minutes nick bubb responded. He was very polite and helpful! Also very patient as i tried to schedule a time to come in for a visit and i had conflicts with my work schedule so i had to cancel. He completely understood and assured me that whenever we could work out a time that worked for me and even if the vehicle was gone we would find one like it! When i finally got in to the dealership nick was just as polite and helpful in person, matter fact the whole staff was. The deal was very easy and there was no pressure to finalize anything we just talked and went over what would work out best! I can tell you i drove away that day and i love the new truck!
