Not your typical car buying experience I am from Pennsylvania but travel for work in this area. They treated me with patience and respect and I could tell they GENUINELY cared about their customers. This includes the salesperson Kevin that I dealt with. He said he was fairly new, but I would not have know if he didn’t tell me. He also stayed past closing with several other staff members to make sure I got my new truck that night! More

I bought a car in 2015 elsewhere We purchased a used Tahoe from Carter Chevrolet and received the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I bought a car in 2015 elsewhere and take it back to that dealership regularly for maintenance. When I started having problems on my 2 year old vehicle, the relationship turned sour very quickly. The issues I was having were not taken seriously and could have been life threatening. Nothing was ever accomplished. We decided to go to Carter to purchase a new vehicle for our family and now I am actually looking forward to bringing it in for check-ups instead of completely dreading it. More

Friendly staff. I initially found a vehicle that was listed online and when I called the staff was friendly and informative, not pushy. Because of my work schedule and the holiday, I wasn’t able to get to the dealership for a few days so I was getting a lot of info over the phone and through text message. The salesman never seemed put out and didn’t push for me to come in immediately, only at my convenience. Agreed on a price and made a purchase once I was able to test drive.
