Best car buying expereice EVER! Over the years, I have learned to despise car dealerships and car salesman. I didn't even like going to look at cars cause I didn't want to be bum rus Over the years, I have learned to despise car dealerships and car salesman. I didn't even like going to look at cars cause I didn't want to be bum rushed by the sales staff. i have been literally chased down by a salesman. I hated the games. But we needed a car. We am friends with Trevor on Facebook. Known him at his previous employment. I think I sent him a message about 10:00 at night about a car. Expecting a reply the next morning...he replied quickly. I searched the Carter Chevrolet website and found a SUV. I sent Trevor a message on Facebook around 6:15am. Expecting a reply later in the morning...Noooooo, he replied quickly. I think he told me he was showering and had shampoo in his hair still while replying. I might be embellishing the story a bit but you get the point. We talked later in the morning about the particular SUV. No way my bride and I could make it to Okarche to look at the car that evening. So Trevor offered to drive the car home so we could look and drive it. We live in the same community. We arrived at his home about 7:30pm. We drove the car around town and looked it in a Walmart parking lot. We drove it back to Trevor's house and said we would be in touch with him the next day. After submitting a credit app that evening, Trevor sent a text to me about being approved. My bride and I showed up about 5:30 that evening to close the deal. Took a bit of time...CAUSE THEY WERE SELLING CARS LEFT AND RIGHT! We had to wait our turn. Met with Cody. Had a good time closing. Then Nick showed us different things on our SUV. I would highly recommend Carter Chevrolet. I highly recommend Trevor, Cody and Nick. Or any of the other staff at Carter's. And they even kept the promise of offering us chicken at Eischens...We will be back again. More

Great, no pressure, Casual experiance I was looking for a used Honda Pilot and Carter had the lowest price around. It was a 40 minute drive but it was worth it. Everyone was very friendly and casual from start to finish. No hard sell or pressure or back and forth games which are things I dread about buying a car. I had heavily researched the Pilot so I didn"t need to be "sold" on it. The actual deal with the paper work did not take very long. We agreed on the price and they started on the paper work and we went across the street to have lunch at Eischen's which Carter Chevrolet provided vouchers for the lunch. The fried chicken was amazing! After lunch, we picked up the keys as soon as it was done being washed and went out the door concluding the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
