I had a great experience buying an SUV at Carswap! We went to Carswap after having just visited another dealership in SF that I didn’t have a good experience with. Wow what a huge difference it was her We went to Carswap after having just visited another dealership in SF that I didn’t have a good experience with. Wow what a huge difference it was here! John immediately met us outside and was genuinely friendly. Not the kind of fake friendly you get with some salesmen. He made us feel welcome and seemed to really want to help meet our needs. And I know I’m a hard person to work with, but he was extremely accommodating. I had a specific Ford Escape I had seen on cars.com that I was interested in and he quickly had us looking at it and test driving it without any hassle. He gave me lots of information on the previous owners and what work they did on it before putting it on the lot. I did decide to buy it and he took the time to teach me a bunch of the complicated digital features that would have taken me forever to figure out myself. He also hooked me up with a good insurance agent so I could get it covered with decent priced and quality insurance before I drove off worth it. It was a very positive experience for us overall and we had a lot of laughs while doing the paperwork. Not my typical experience with car dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially John, and I will be referring them to friends and family. Actually I already have. My son is looking for a car right now too so that’s the first place we are looking. Thanks for being so great with us! More
