I bought my most recent Corvette from these guys, and after decades of Corvette ownership, this was far and away the easiest purchase I've made. I live in Richmond, VA and had never purchased a car befo after decades of Corvette ownership, this was far and away the easiest purchase I've made. I live in Richmond, VA and had never purchased a car before without seeing it first. I found a 2010 Z06 on eBay in the color combo I wanted, but I assumed it would a headache to logistically purchase the car. I sent an email with a few questions, and after a couple of phone calls, I ended up buying the car. They sent me paperwork overnight, I sent the paperwork back and wired the payment, and that's all it took for me to become an owner. So here I am, I own a Corvette that I've never seen and was anxious to get the car. I was going to ship the car (which would have taken a couple days), but I couldn't sleep that first night. I got up the next day and decided to fly in and drive it home, and I'm so glad I did. Phong, my sales rep, said the car would be nicer than I expected, and it certainly was. Now I was having second thoughts about driving it all the way back to Virginia because it was gorgeous! I drove the car home the next day, it was an awesome drive, and I now have my 2010 Z06 parked with my 03 Z06, my 95 ZR1, my 78 Pace Car, and my 67 Big Block. All I need is a first gen car and I'm done! Thank Phong and thank you Carsource! More
searched the internet for a mazda miata and carsource chicago had a 2003 and it looked absolutely perfect so i called.i first talked to moe and then mike and expressed my concerns about buying a car onli chicago had a 2003 and it looked absolutely perfect so i called.i first talked to moe and then mike and expressed my concerns about buying a car online and shipping it back to Canada plus buying it without a test drive etc-mike told me that on his word that if this car did not exceed my expectations that he would refund my purchase price and airfare back to canada-he would also arrange for a 100 point inspection and all of the paperwork for U.S customs and a temp permit-the report came back that the car needed front pads and the rotors needed cutting and when i phoned to discuss this with mike he said the car is in having the work done as we speak plus an oil change so on that info i wired the money and booked a flight-we were met at ohare by eric and driven to the dealership(it was rush hour and it took about 40 mins)-we were met by mike and moe and everyone was easygoing and friendly---the car was perfect!!!there was a small wiper mark on the windshield which mike had buffed out right there on the spot-this car was like new as promised-we signed the paperwork it was all so easy -it was getting late and we decided to stay over downtown so michelle booked us a room and googled directions and off we headed into the night-chicago is beautiful and we will be back in the warmer weather-headed out in the morning -one half hour at U.S border-one half hour at canadian side -car ran perfect and paperwork was all in order-this dealership bent over backwards for us and it was a great experience. My family bought two cars here already. My son, a '06 Infinity M45. I recently bought a '07 Maxima. If you do your homework beforehand, you'll see that their prices are pretty close to fair, being closer Infinity M45. I recently bought a '07 Maxima. If you do your homework beforehand, you'll see that their prices are pretty close to fair, being closer to a "trade-in" price than a "dealer asking" price, but more like between a "private party" price and a "trade in" price. If you feel the price should be better, and prove your point, they will be reasonable and try to accomodate. Just do your homework before you go in there and have the documantation to back you up. They took care of any problems with the car we pointed out as part of the negotiating. I liked doing business here, and always recommend them to family and friends....and that says a lot. More
I had a very good experience with this dealership. I got exactly the vehicle I was looking for. Everyone was friendly, helpful and they gave me a good price with very little hassle, and even honored another exactly the vehicle I was looking for. Everyone was friendly, helpful and they gave me a good price with very little hassle, and even honored another dealers quote on my trade in. I've never done business with a used car dealership before, and I thought all used car dealerships were shysters but I don't think Driven Auto Sales is. They even went the extra mile for me, and called me when they found some extra accessories that belong with the vehicle a few weeks later, they told me about and shipped them UPS right away. I was very surprised and glad again that I did business with them. This is also the first review I've ever written online, but I thought they deserved it. I hope they keep up the good work. We need more businesses out there we can trust. More
I've dropped by this dealer for the last few years looking at different cars and their inventory is always better than described in person. There is no pressure to purchase, yet you can tell they d looking at different cars and their inventory is always better than described in person. There is no pressure to purchase, yet you can tell they do a high volume of highline cars. The sales people are honest and well trained and know their cars, inside and out. They obviously buy right, because their prices are very reasonable. You won't regret your purchase from Carsource. More
I read many reviews for this dealer on eBay and on-line, and looked forward to finding something nice here. But I find it hard to recommend a dealership that does the following: 1. Will not let you set an appointment to view the car you call about. 2. Does not let you know what is going on with the car you call about. 3. Does not return your calls. Several months ago (9/07)this dealer had a 2001 BMW 740IL for sale for $18,800, and the dealer said he would sell it for 18K even, once it came back from the shop. I called several times to get more info and was told I had to set an appointment, but each time I wanted to look the dealer said the car was not ready, since it was in the shop. How often does it happen that you have to high-pressure the dealer? It just seemed like they didn't want to sell it. I asked if there were additional problems, but this guy just kept lamenting that he already put $1300 and he didn't know when it would be available to view. After more than a week and a half of getting the run around, I just gave up and went somewhere else. I actually found the same year and model car with lower miles for nearly 2K less, so maybe it was for the best. But still, I could have walked in there and wrote a check for this car and not even haggled on it. My daughter was graduating high school with honors and wanted one of these for her first car. I had my eye on the car for several months afterward, just to see how long it took to sell, or if it was even around. I never got the calls back I was promised. Not one, despite leaving my name and number several times. They ended up dropping the price twice and holding it for another couple months. Definitely one of the stranger episodes I've ever gone through. More

When the car arrived in California there were a few unexpected minor problems with the vehicle (Minor problems can still be expensive on a M3). I sent them a email and they agreed to send me a check to get everything fixed. They were very willing to correct the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall I thought the dealership handled this very well, they could have easily left me with the repair bill like most used car dealers would. The car also had 40,000 miles on it so i didn't expect everything to be perfect, especially at the discounted price. Even with a inspection you can't always catch everything. On another note, they did an incredible job detailing the car before they shipped it. The paint was flawless, it looked like a new car, even better then the pictures i saw before it arrived. Overall i would definitely consider buying from them again, for the price you really can't go wrong. More
I was going here at least 4-5 times and test driving cars and they never even go with me on the test drives. Every car I had test driven was gone in less than a week afterwards. I finally found a car I wan and they never even go with me on the test drives. Every car I had test driven was gone in less than a week afterwards. I finally found a car I wanted to commit to and we talked numbers quite extensively and they were very honest with me even showing me the price they purchased the vehicle for. Of course, do all your research before you commit and shop around a little bit as well. I normally remove the dealer license plate holders from a car after I buy it but I will leave it on my car this time. More
