I have been a customer of the Carson Nissan service department for almost 6 years. When they were closed for a brief period it was the worst time for me trying to find another service department that w department for almost 6 years. When they were closed for a brief period it was the worst time for me trying to find another service department that would take care of me like they did. I am so happy they are back. When I drove there and saw Jessie I felt great. I just have some extensive work done on my car and Jack ways knowlegeable, caring and courteous. Jack took very good care of my needs. More

My first visit to this Carson Nissan and WOW it was GREAT! I thought I needed break service because of noise. My appt was at 7am, I pulled in to the dealer at 645am and was welcomed with a Good Morning GREAT! I thought I needed break service because of noise. I informed the service advisor what was I there for and it was my first time there. He took all my info down and I asked him what the time frame was? He said we will call you in about 1 hour or so. A little over an hour passed I received a call saying that my car was ready. I could not believe it. Mike said your breaks are fine. So here is the thing right the price?? He said no charge just come pick it up. I am so glad that I took a chance on this Carson Nissan Dealer. I cant remember a time I had such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE especially at a car dealer. Anyone who reads this I recommend that they get their car serviced there. I shook Mikes hand he told me thank you for coming in today your car was washed and visit the cashier and your car will be waiting in front for you when you are done. I signed the paper walked out and my clean car was ready. Thanks Carson Nissan!!!! More

I've had work done at several Nissan dealerships in So CA. No one treats you better than Carson Nissan. At one dealer, I stood in the service writer's area for 15 minutes and not one person would speak CA. No one treats you better than Carson Nissan. At one dealer, I stood in the service writer's area for 15 minutes and not one person would speak to me, so I left. At Carson Nissan, they greet you as soon as you arrive, even if they are busy and cannot immediately help you. I helped someone buy a car there too. Everyone was friendly and asked if they could help us in some way. We were not pushed into a vehicle, nor pressured into options that were not valuable to the buyer. Management clearly places the customer first. Customers would not be treated as well as we were, if management did not place them first and model that philosophy for their staff. I will return to Carson Nissan for service. More

I live in Los Angeles, but I will now be having my car serviced in the future at the dealership in Carson. Mike Garcia has made a believer in me. When I purchased my Altma it was my first time purchasing a car prior in 10 years. I wanted to get a car that I can depend on. Then they closed down. I had to go to Gardena Nissan and I was not happy at all. The service there was not what I had received at Carson. Carson reopened, and that made alot of Carson and Long Beach residents happy. What really makes it good is Mike Garcia, he is the best thing that has come around in a long time. He make sure you are taken care of, and your experience is one that will bring you back. Thank you very much for Mike, I can not take care of my car with out him. Carson Nissan should advertise more, so others can experience what I have. Thanks Carson Nissan, and thanks Mike. More

I would like to begin by saying that I am very happy Carson Nissan is back!! :] Your service advisors are always very friendly and helpful, no matter how busy they are. I am confident with the recommendations they give on the service needs of my 2003 Altima. I never feel like they are just trying to get me to spend money on services I don't need. During my last oil change visit, Carl Taylor, advised me that I need to have my tire rod replaced and an alignment done. He told me that I could get the work done the next time I bring my car in for an oil change. I took my car in today and Mike Garcia was there to assist me. I made an appointment to have my oil changed, the tire rod replaced, and the alignment done. After I dropped off my car, Mike called me back and confirmed that the work Carl recommended, was needed. He gave me a quote and I advised him to proceed with the work that had to be done. Mike also mentioned that they found a possible issue with my exhaust. He was going to look into it and get back to me with some info. When my car was ready for pick up. Mike explained that there was a problem with my exhaust but he was able to find out that the repair was covered under an 8 year, 80,0000 mile warranty. You can imagine my joy to find out that this $800 plus service would be FREE!! I made an appointment for next Saturday to get the part replaced. Wait.. there's more!! During our conversation, my husband mentioned that Carl had mailed us a 20% off coupon but I misplaced it. Without hesitation, Mike started to calculate what 20% off of my services for today's visit would be. He was able to work some "magic" for me and I saved about $175.00!! Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer!! Thank you Carson Nissan for helping me save money while taking care of my car!! More
