I was greeted by Mike Garcia the service advisor, Mike was very helpful and just knew what he was talking about very very knowledgeable. Mike pretty much got me out of the dealership within 1/2 an hour. One of the main things and good about Carson Nissa is that they are an all makes dealership, It didn't take me long after to take my Lincoln Navigator for service. This group of people will go above and beyond for the consumer. I will definitely recomend this dealership to all my friends and family...... Customer Service at their best!!!!!! More

I use to go to a different Nissan dealership, but, stopped going cause their service was not good. Ironically the dealership went out of business. Mike Garcia took my car right in and had the tires checked. They found a nail and repaired the tire and refilled with Nitrofill. I was in and out in 30 minutes, with no charge. Gary went above and beyond in his service to me and my vehicle...saying that he was going to treat it like his own. He's very new there but already I think he's fitting in great.
