This dealership continually offers friendly, prompt and excellent service. Today I had a problem (a "check engine soon" light - the first time I've ever seen it stay on in this car), and the first thought excellent service. Today I had a problem (a "check engine soon" light - the first time I've ever seen it stay on in this car), and the first thought that came to Mike was the gas cap - and it was indeed a loose gas cap. The problem was taken care of in about 3 hours on a very busy Saturday (which includes time for an overall diagnostic inspection and an oil change as well), and they still made time to promptly drop me off at home, and promptly pick me up when the car was ready. Fixing this was *free* - as was the car wash and the vehicle inspection report (which I am glad they did, as it brought a problem caused by usual wear and tear to light which I'll be taking care of within a month or two). The only thing I paid for today was an oil change - but my last oil change I didn't have to pay for as I used a coupon they mailed me to get a *free* oil change. I really must say that this dealership knows how to take care of their customers, and pays attention to detail. I remember earlier in the year, when I was trying to figure out how to get a notoriously hard to get off parking sticker off my car so I could replace it with a new one. The thought occurred to me - call Carson Nissan, and see what they say. I called expecting various instructions, but they simply said to bring it in and they'll do it at no charge (which they did). *All* the employees at Carson Nissan have *always* been courteous, kind and very helpful to me. Also, when I have questions, I get a full explanation of what is going on with my car. And, I must say, they are lucky to have Mike Garcia as a Service Consultant. Not only does he know what he's doing, and not only does he have an extraordinarily friendly and helpful attitude towards customers; he also knows how to service cars very, very efficiently. More

I have recently changed over to carson nissan from el segundo nissan, its closer to my and the service is much better. I have only came in three times so far and have recieved the best trust worthy servi segundo nissan, its closer to my and the service is much better. He is very attentive,professional and answers all concerns regarding my 2006 nissan altima. Mr.Garcia informs me of any concers on my car that need urgent attention, while my car is being service and how much longer it will take. Even if im waiting in the custumer waiting area or at home. I really appreiciate this, because i had a very bad experiences at the el segundo nissan. I didnt feel the since of security of my or me being a valued custermer since 2006 when i purchased brand new car. I recommend this dealer because I brought my car with an idea of what might be wrong with it - Midas had suggested it may needed a throttle clean and idle re-learn, a service that they didn't offer. So Nissan ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and couldn't find anything wrong with my car. It really just needed a throttle clean! I appreciated their honesty in letting me know that there wasn't anything wrong with the car and that it just simply needed a cleaning. With it they did need to perform an idle re-learn. I was also happy that it wasn't very expensive. The people were friendly and just honest - something a lot of people don't think about when talking about a dealership. This experience confirmed why I chose to purchase my Nissan 9 years ago. The car is in excellent shape and the experience at Carson City Nissan was the same great service I recieved when purchacing my vehicle from First Nissan in Simi Valley. The staff here at Carson Nissan seem to care about customer service. They provided me free labor when my back axel needed to be re-placed, something they didn't need to do but under the circumstances customer service. When I returned several months later to have my vehicle serviced the staff still remembered my name, this was not just the service staff, but other staff members from different departments walked up to me to make sure the service department was "taking care of me". I have not experienced this kind of customer service at any other Dealership and would highly recommend Carson Nissan to everyone. Great job and keep up the great customer service.
