I had a great experience at Carson Dealer today. I waited for over an hr. but thanks to Larry's attentions and charisma it made it feel like 5 min or even less. Took my Titan (Which I bought @ Carson Nissan) in for service and a noise back near the rear end. Christina greated me as I got out of my truck. Very Very impressed with the service I recieved! Friendly staff. Being that I was going in for a warranty repair, I figuered they would try to get me get me to pay for some extra service. Boy was I wrong! No staff. Being that I was going in for a warranty repair, I figuered they would try to get me get me to pay for some extra service. Boy was I wrong! Not only was my repair fully covered, Their inspection revealed other issues that, get this, IS covered 100% by warranty!
