Carson Nissan - Service Center

Carlos @ Service is always my go to guy along with Christina and Carl if he is not there. I've been going to Carson Nissan for service and parts for at least 3-4 years now. Carlos goes above and beyond in his customer service. He needs to be recognized as I've been in other Nissan dealerships in the past and their service, hours of operation and professionalism of their staffs are nowhere near Carson Nissan's set standards. And having Carlos there set the bar even higher. He listens to the customers concerns and make sensible suggestions on vehicle service/ maintenance. He always makes sure to follow-up on the customers as well when the veh is done. He's one of the main reasons why I continue to go to Carson Nissan rather than the dealership where I bought my vehicle. I've dealt with other people in this dealership as well and everyone seemed to be always willing to assist you. More

I was greeted immediately in a friendly, timely manner. Explained the reason for my visit (tire low light kept coming on). Larry wrote the order, said it would take approximately 1 hour. I was given an excellent customer experience during the servicing of my '07 Altima Hybrid. The repairs were finished before the time estimated. I was asked if I needed a ride somewhere.
