I was given an excellent customer experience during the servicing of my '07 Altima Hybrid. The repairs were finished before the time estimated. I was asked if I needed a ride somewhere. I came in to the service department with no appointment. The service advisor had me in and out in minutes and when I said I need a ride home the porter was sitting waiting for me to give me a ride. When the service advisor noticed I had some warranty work she called me to make sure keeping the car a little longer would not be an inconvenience to me. It wasn't the work got done and I received a phone call sooner than expected that the car was done and if I need a ride back to the dealership. They came to pick me up and my car was up front of service clean and ready to go. 100% overall satisfaction on my part. More
